As I love to try new flavor, I am planning to extend my experiences to:
- Mini quiches. I have started to play with them. It is so much fun. They are cute and so delicious with a nice glazing. Mmmm.

- Sweet tart. My specialty is the tart tatin. I want to adapt it to my new quiche shape that mean deep. Plenty of other tarts can be done: normand tart, chocolate tart, fruit tart, …
- Soup (vichyssoise, zucchini, tomatoes, water cress, …)
- Menu: quiche/soup/green salad
