Eat it with green salad and a nice wine.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
As long as you keep it in the fridge, you can eat it up to 5-7 days for left over.
Don’t reheat and cool it repetitively, just warm what you need.
To reheat, take out the quiche from the fridge 1 hour before, cover it with aluminum foil and bake in an oven heated to 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
If you don’t have time, do it in the microwave for few min and finish it in the oven for 10 min.
For minis quiches, 7 min in the oven should be necessary. It should be crispy outside!
Use a serrated knife to cut it 🙂
To freeze the quiche: Allow to cool completely, then wrap in cling film. Freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat from frozen, in a preheated oven, for 15-20 minutes at 350, or until piping hot throughout.
