Quiche Marie uses organic products as much as possible: organic flour, Gluten free all purpose baking flour Red Mill, organic eggs, organic milk, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic sugar, imported cheese (Gruyere Swiss cheese, Comte, Parmesan) and local vegetables.

The dough is always blind cooked. The deep of the quiches make them unique.
